jljenny02 Revisiting this 2 years after I first listened to it, and god DAMN it's still a pretty strong experience. It starts off a little bit meh but soon picks up. It really does work perfectly as the soundtrack to a movie that doesn't exist. From the atmospheric downtempo and ambient, to the energetic techno tracks, this album just works. Definitely worth the two hour runtime in my opinion. Favorite track: Feel The Magnetic Field.

animus_music Luna Sea is the highlight here for me - gorgeous! Love the whole Zircon-esque cinematic vibe of the album as a whole as well. Favorite track: Luna Sea (feat. DJ Doomz).

A lot of influences went into this album. The whole thing is heavily inspired by film soundtracks. Deadmau5's While(1<2) and M83's Hurry Up We're Dreaming gave me the idea to make this a double album. Other influences on this album include Air, Aphex Twin, Jean-Michel Jarre, BT, ThumpMonks, Hybrid, DJ Shadow, The Future Sound of London, The Orb, Herbie Hancock, Pendulum, Squarepusher, Cabaret Voltaire, and Zircon. Some more directly than others.
And of course, Orbital is a major influence, but they've always been.

Thanks to everyone who has supported me, directly helped me or inspired me in the creation of this album :D

about

256 Pi Chicago, Illinois

My guess is that you know me for my YTPs or Wonky Angle reviews if anything, but I've been making music for far longer than I've been making videos. This is the place where I take my favorites from the music I've made and post it for people to listen to. It's all royalty-free/creative commons, btw, use however you like, just give credit :) Hope you enjoy. ... more
